Great price on a great center channel speaker. Perfect match for the RC-10, which was recently available in black for a remarkable $280/pair, also from Vanns. That price is history, and if repeated, would be a gift.
The only possible negative to this deal is the finish, rosenut, which the furniture fashionistas will insist must either be matched or starkly contrasted by your furniture. Energy seems to be getting rid of the rosenut finish in their mini speakers. That's probably why we're seeing some great values in the Energy rosenut mini line.
